Join me for a three-week journey into the world of simple, practical natural medicine. Each week, we will gather together to learn about traditional herbal remedies and create preparations you can take home and use.

Throughout the series, we will make fire cider, build a natural first aid kit complete with mullein earache oil, yarrow wound wash, and homemade cough syrup, and finish our final class by creating a nourishing calendula salve.

This class is designed for adults who want to feel more confident using herbs and natural remedies at home. We will learn together, get our hands into the ingredients, and talk about the plants and preparations that have long been used to support everyday health and wellness.

We are excited to hold this class in the beautiful Meadowsweet Farm Art Barn, located just 8 minutes south of Plowgirl Farm on Highway 35.
